At Lodge Bros we understand how important it is that our loved ones final resting place is cared for in a dignified manner that their memory deserves. Often however it can be difficult for families to find the time to carry out grave cleaning due to our very busy lifestyles, distance, illness or mobility. Whatever the reason Lodge Bros is to here to assist.
We will offer you the peace of mind knowing that your loved one’s memorial looks beautiful, clean, tidy and cared for. We pride ourselves on our high standard of workmanship with a personal, sensitive touch.
As part of our service we will attend the grave as often as you choose and carry out the following work:
- Cleaning of all stonework to remove any dirt, moss or bird droppings
- Cleaning of all accessories
- Cleaning of surrounding area including trimming of long grass and removal of weeds surrounding the memorial
- Removal of dead flowers/plants and debris from flower containers and vase inserts
- Detailed inspection of memorial joints and stonework to forewarn of any maintenance issues
- Supply a detailed report consisting of a photo, works carried out and any further works that may be required.
We also offer as part of our additional services
- Replenishment of seasonal flowers in flower containers/vases.
- Floral tributes arranged and left on the memorial
- Fresh top soil and /or seasonal plantings in garden beds
- Replacement of memorial candles
- Replenishment of marble or granite chip top (if applicable)
- No-obligation, free quotes for any maintenance/renovation works that may be required.
We offer our maintenance packages on a seasonal, annual or special occasion basis.
Seasonal service - These can be carried out four times per year, once in every season to ensure your loved ones memorial looks beautiful, clean and well maintained through Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter.
Annual service - Once per year the maintenance service can be carried out to ensure the memorial looks clean and tidy and checked for any maintenance issues.
Special occasion service - A thorough maintenance service carried out at the time of a Birthday, Fathers/Mothers Day, Anniversary, any special or religious holidays including Christmas and Easter. Your loved one’s memorial will look beautiful and cared for on these special dates and the occasion can also be marked with a special floral tribute arranged by us on your behalf.
